StoneBlade Pipe Saw

This is a custom-designed saw specifically created for cutting large concrete pipe ranging from 4" to 36" in diameter.  The design specified a delivery roller system with locking mechanism to secure the pipe for safe cutting.  Once cut horizontally across its width at various pre-programmed cutting points, the entire cut pipe is then lifted by hydraulic actuation and off-loaded onto a second roller system upon completion.

While this application is specific to this customer - we are able to customize any number of requirements you may have to achieve your desired cutting needs and efficiencies.  We are able to customize with very low cost as the changes are often simple delivery and off-loading preferences which typically don't impact the overall basic design of our saws.  We look forward to speaking with you with regard you your specific cutting requirements.​
